These terms describe use of the TiltDrop Android game. These terms apply only to this app.
1. Provider and contact
The provider is DISAT ENFORMASYON SISTEMLERI EGITIM DANISMANLIK HIZMETLERI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“DISAT”). 2. Use and open-source rights
You may use the app lawfully. Do not use the app or related services to distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt other people's use. These terms do not restrict rights to use, inspect, modify, or distribute software granted by the MIT license supplied with the source code or by licenses for third-party components. The relevant license conditions apply when you exercise those rights.
3. Safe use and age suitability
Be aware of your surroundings and hold your device securely while playing. Do not play while driving or when distraction could be dangerous. Take a break if you feel discomfort. Observe the age rating shown in the app store. Obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where local law requires it.
4. Charges and advertising
The app may display advertisements. Required privacy information and applicable consent or preference controls are provided. These terms alone do not constitute consent to personalized advertising or processing personal data. Prices and purchase conditions for paid features are disclosed separately, and any required purchase authorization is obtained. Your carrier’s internet and data charges remain your responsibility.
5. Local records and privacy
Scores and language preferences are stored locally on your device; the current version provides no cloud backup or cross-device score synchronization service. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or device and storage problems may cause records to be lost. This explanation does not remove legal rights you may have in connection with defective operation.
Information about personal data processing is available in Settings → Privacy Policy within the app. These terms do not replace that policy. Do not send passwords, bank information, or unnecessary sensitive information when contacting support.
6. Updates and availability
We may release updates to correct defects, maintain security, or improve the game. Compatibility may vary with your device and operating system version. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device; our mandatory obligations concerning quality, conformity, updates, and remedies continue to apply. For significant feature or service changes, we will meet applicable notice and other legal requirements.
7. Liability and consumer rights
Our liability is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or other matters where liability cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights, mandatory guarantees, and remedies remain protected. These terms do not require you to waive those rights.
8. Stopping use and changes to these terms
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. If these terms change, we will publish the revised text on this page with a version date. We will provide required notices and obtain any required consent for material changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights; merely publishing a text does not replace legally required notice or consent.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections where you live. You may contact us first through the support channel described above; doing so is not a prerequisite to using legal remedies. Your rights to apply to competent courts, consumer dispute bodies, or other legally competent authorities are preserved. All language versions are intended to describe the same terms; translation differences will not be interpreted to reduce your mandatory rights.
